Programmes incorporate the dance outcomes in the PDHPE syllabus.

Classes can be conducted in a wide variety of dance & movement styles including yoga and pilates. Styles such as Salsa and Bollywood are offered as a part of the students multicultural component of the syllabus.
Dance styles include:
- Jazz - commercial, street, lyrical, and broadway jazz
- Contemporary - modern, ballet, and composition
- Hip Hop - J/F/H, funk, commercial and breakdance
- Multicultural -Bollywood, Salsa and tribal dance
- Musical theatre - Singing, drama, musical choreography
- Themed classes- Michael Jackson, 70's disco, divas etc
- Partnering classes - Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba, Jive
Years 7-12 Stretch & Strengthening
Our programme is especially designed to aid students to manage stress, perhaps from the HSC or high school study, while developing physical strength by encouraging students to use their muscles in new ways. The programme consists of various dance based Yoga and Pilates exercises that develop muscular strength, flexibility and co-ordination.
